Castles in County Leitrim.

This plantation castle overlooking Lough Gill was built early in the seventeenth century. The three storey rectangular house with its mullioned windows is flanked by a four storey rectangular tower and a smaller round turret. To the west of the castle stands a five sided turreted Bawn, and on the lake side is a postern gate.
